The Big Picture
Each team has a goal to draw an out-line on their blank canvas. To do so, they need to communicate with other teams and match their canvases. This is were the main part of teambuilding starts. Afterwards they need to paint the design on their canvases. But its not that easy. The teams will need to earn the brushes and the paint by doing “Art Challenges”. When they are finished, our team will collect the canvases and in other room, we will put them together and cover it with black curtain. The Big Picture is non-competitive, challenging, fun, and creative.
